Maya Abdominal Therapy
Maya Abdominal Therapy addresses the position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs. It is an external, non-invasive technique that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve impulse and chi. This work is best known for its help with fertility, digestive disorders and the correction of the prolapsed or tilted uterus. Please see the Maya Abdominal Therapy page for more information. First time appointments are always two-hours long. Follow-up visits are either one-hour long, or one and a half-hours long.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage addresses tension and holding patterns in muscles and connective tissue thereby helping to relieve pain, stress, tightness and restricted mobility of joints. Each session is individualized for your specific needs and includes warm towels, aromatherapy, and bliss.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal: A nurturing and soothing experience for the mom-to-be. This relaxing massage allows a pregnant mama to be pampered and completely unwind while relieving some of the common discomforts that develop during pregnancy.
Postpartum: This massage experience is a wonderful way to rejuvenate a tired mom. Similar to therapeutic massage, postpartum work focuses on “new mom muscles” that get sore as a result of carrying and feeding a little one.

PIP, (Personal Injury Protection) Injury Treatment Massage:
Deep tissue attention to injured areas of the body with the use of trigger point work, myofascial release, acupressure and other therapeutic massage techniques. I will bill PIP for you, just bring your prescription for massage, your claim number and your insurance information with you to our first appointment.
